This is a very nice Rockwell / Delta model 28-200, 14 inch bandsaw designed for cutting wood and metal.  Currently wired for 120volts.  Made in 1971 (6-3-71 stamped on the casting) at the Rockwell manufacturing plant in Ontario, Canada after Rockwell purchased Delta.  These Rockwell / Delta 28-200 bandsaws are well built, stable and vibration damping, unlike most of today's modern bandsaws of this size.   Wheels are made from cast aluminum.
