How to Track your Shipment

Shipping Notifications.  Once your order ships, you are sent an automatic email and/or and SMS message alerting you that your order has been shipped. The type of notification you receive depends on the contact information you entered at checkout. For example, if you entered your email address and phone number, you will receive both email and SMS text shipping notifications. See our Shipping Policy for details on shipping

Tracking Number.   The shipping notification your receive will include an international tracking number issued by Canada Post.  You can look up the tracking number on Canada Post's or ANY OTHER tracking service website.  For example, the Canada Post tracking number on a package being delivered to the U.S. can be looked up on the United States Postal Service (USPS) tracking page on the USPS website.

International Shipments Tracking.  For shipments outside of Canada, packages are air mailed to the international arrival airport for the country in which final delivery wil be made.  Once through customs, the package is turned over to the in-county national postage system.  All tracking information is now dependent on the accuracy and timeliness of the in-country's postal service posting of tracking information.
