Order Number or Original Receipt. To return an item you purchased, the sale must be recorded in our database, or you must have a copy of the original purchase receipt with your name on it.
Return Items Purchased from RobCosman.com. To initiate a return on any new item purchased from RobCosman.com, you must know the item’s order number. If you have the order number, you can initiate a return by clicking on the “Initiate a Return” button below. If you do not know your order number, you can contact our customer support by calling (888) 920-1442, by using our "Contact Us" link, or by email at support@RobCosman.com to determine the order number and initiate a return.
Return Items Not Purchased from RobCosman.com. To initiate a return on a “Rob Cosman” branded item NOT purchased from RobCosman.com, you must have a receipt of the sale showing that you are the original purchaser. Please contact our customer support at (888) 920-1442 or by email at support@RobCosman.Com to initiate this type of return.
Condition. Items must be returned in their original condition, meaning the item is not damaged or altered. Normal wear and tear from use is OK.
How to Package a Return. Please package the return using the original packaging material when possible. If you do not have the original packaging material please wrap the item(s) carefully in padding and pack in a sturdy box to avoid damage while in transit. Print out the return packing list form our customer support will issue you and include it inside the return box.
Postage. Print out the return postage label our customer support will issue you when the return is. Approved. Adhere the postage label to the box with clear packing tape or glue. Drop the package off at the appropriate postage agencies depending on what your postal label says.
