Add these jaw opening springs to your Moxon Vise and take it to the next level!

These springs fit over any acme thread up to 3/4 inch in diameter.

The springs automatically open up the Moxon vise jaws when you loosen up the vise.

Install the springs by making a 15/16th inch recess in each jaw thread hole that the compressed springs fit into.

These return spring are the cats meow! What a great addition to my Moxon vises.

I retrofitted the springs to both my 16” standard Moxon vise and my 24” bench Moxon. Here’s my 24” (24.25” between screws/ springs) bench Moxon vise. As well as my 16.25” between screws/ springs Moxon. The springs improve the function of the vises immensely! 5 stars!

Quality Springs

The springs work great at pushing the jaws open for the first 2" or so. Of course, after full extension of the springs, opening the vise any further is a manual operation. They're a good idea and I call them essential for this type of vise.

The springs and the knobs worked great

These are perfect for making a Moxon vise with 3/4” posts work more smoothly. I watched his video and made the mortise for them too; it’s so clever!
