Camellia oil is a favorite traditional tool treatment among woodworkers preventing corrosion and for easing chisels and planes through their work. A special blend oil, made with natural camellia and liquid paraffin, it is non-toxic and non-allergenic. Light and odorless, the oil is non-staining and doesn't affect glue-up. Use a light wipe of Camellia oil on all your steel tools to keep them clean & shiny.

As soon as I opened this item I put it in my Rob Cosman apron. It’s well made. The lock knurl knob could be a bit larger diameter. Otherwise in the two weeks I’ve had it I can’t imagine doing my projects without it. It has improved my precision on bench top and tool set ups as well as in layout work. Get one if you don’t have one. They are an upgrade to the std 12” steel sliding bevels ( I have 3 of those‍♂️).

Good so far. In my area rust is a big problem with humidity reaching 100% on most nights.
