The Workbench is the most important tool for the hand tool woodworker, but until now a quality workbench was either too expensive to buy or too complicated to build.  Rob solved both of these problems with The Cosman Workbench.  While creating a quality workbench for professionals and beginners alike, he minimized the cost and skill to build his workbench.  Made out of readily available materials,  Rob's workbench has no difficult joinery and can be built in a weekend.  Watch alongside Rob and Luther as they show you, step by step, in real time, mistakes and all, how to build The Cosman Workbench.

    A real woodworker

My first workbench was a Harbor Freight rendition of a bench: cheap and flimsy. I couldn't hardly plane a piece of pine without it traveling across the floor. I'm in the final stages of building the Cosman bench and I can already tell this bench will help me take woodworking to a different level, if not a different dimension. I might actually become a real woodworker.!

    Excellent practical guide

Excellent and practical approach to making a workbench which is also ambidextrous as the vice is on the shirt end. We are using this technique and approach to build 8 workbenches and a master bench for Hook Shed.
