Dovetail Practice Wood: Half-Blind

This is the same half-blind dovetail practice wood we use in all of our Training the Hand Workshops. The pack consists of Tulip Poplar, a softer secondary wood replicating your drawer sides, and Black Cherry, a common hardwood choice for drawer fronts. The wood is already milled straight, flat, and square cut to the perfect size to fit into a bench vice for sawing.  Perfect for practicing half-blind dovetails.

• Six pieces of wood per pack.
• Three pieces of Tulip Poplar, approximately 11-Inches (300mm) long x 3-3/8-Inches (85mm) wide x 7/16-inch (11mm) thick.
• Three pieces of Black Cherry, approximately 11-Inches (300mm) long x 3-3/8-Inches (85mm) wide x 13/16-inch (21mm) thick.
• Each piece is dimensioned straight, flat and square.
